State College police are seeking the identity of the man seen in these surveillance videos. Police said he is a suspect in a theft and criminal mischief incident.

State College police are investigating a theft and criminal mischief that occurred at the Here apartments, 131 Hiester St., about 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 10. Two male suspects were seen stealing items from the rooftop common area of the building.
The pictured male was also seen urinating and defecating on an apartment door in the building.
The other involved male has already been identified by police.
Police are urging anyone who may be able to identify the male or have information regarding the incident to contact State College police at 814-234-7150, by email or submit an anonymous tip through the website.
