Johnstown police are investigating after a shooting early Wednesday morning left one person dead in Dale Borough.
According to media reports, police were called to the 400 block of Cliff Street after gunshots were heard about 3 a.m.
Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said a man who was shot multiple times was found in the basement of a home. An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, Lees said.
Police do not have a suspect, but Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugbauer told WJAC that the public doesn't appear to be in danger, based on evidence at the scene.
