Lanzenforer, Branter accused of attempted homicide following Sunday altercation

A man and woman who fled from police after an attempted homicide Saturday were brought into custody, according to court documents filed Monday.

Caleb Lee Lanzendorfer, 20, of Roaring Spring, and Teri K. Brantner, 39, of Hollidaysburg, face felony charges after an alleged homicide attempt of a 50-year-old male on Huntingdon Pike in Frankstown Township, police reported.

Police said a physical altercation allegedly took place at

8:30 p.m. Sunday between Lanzendorfer and the victim, and during the altercation, Lanzendorfer allegedly struck and ran over the victim with a gray 2010 Kia four-door sedan.

According to police, Lanzendorfer fled the scene with Brantner in an unknown direction on Route 22.

Police said the two were later discovered at 3:41 p.m. in Breezewood, Bedford County, by the Pennsylvania State Police Fugitive Task Force.

Lanzendorfer faces felony charges of attempted homicide and aggravated assault with intent to cause serious bodily injury, the criminal docket said.

Brantner faces one felony charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution, the docket stated.

The victim's condition was not released.
