A Hollidaysburg woman died Wednesday in the Interstate 80 accident in Clinton County involving 66 vehicles.
State police on Friday identified the victim as 24-year-old Falon Morris.
Troopers say the other reported death, which was medical-related, was 56-year-old man from Mebane, North Carolina.
Investigators say all the other crash victims are currently in stable condition with varying injuries.
Authorities say Interstate 80 westbound is now partially open, the left lane, with no detour in place.
Officials say the right lane is still being cleared and it is expected to take crews approximately 8-10 hours to complete.
Crews are expected to finish clearing the roadway by early Friday evening.
