Three people remained at large Thursday night after fleeing police in Greenfield Township.
Titus R. Feathers, 27, of Claysburg, along with an unidentified 50-year-old man and 40-year-old woman, were in a vehicle that crashed on Overland Pass late Thursday morning after a police pursuit, according to state police.
It started at 11:40 a.m. when Greenfield Township Police Chief Ronald Sharkey was investigating a theft at a local business. Sharkey spotted the vehicle suspected in the incident and tried to pull it over.
The driver of the suspect vehicle, Matthew P. Musselman, 39, of Claysburg didn't stop and led police on a high-speed chase that ended with the wreck on Overland Pass.
Musselman and a female passenger, who was not named by police, were taken into custody while Feathers and the other two people in the vehicle ran off, state police noted.
They were last seen on Monument Road between Knob Road and Route 869.
Feathers stands six feet tall and weighs 180 pound, has brown hair and a beard. He was last spotted wearing a black T-shirt and red shorts. State police said Feathers is also wanted by Blair County Adult Parole & Probation.
The unidentified male is described as standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, and he was wearing denim shorts and a dark colored T-shirt.
The woman is described as having curly hair that hangs below her shoulders; she is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds, state police said.
Greenfield Township police are investigating, with assistance from state police in Blair and Bedford counties, police from North Woodbury Township, Martinsburg, Freedom Township, Logan Township, Tyrone and the Blair County Sheriff's Office.
Blue Knob and Claysburg fire departments also assisted police on Thursday.
