Bellwood-Antis School Board approves budget with tax hike
BELLWOOD — Members of the Bellwood-Antis School Board unanimously approved their balanced budget Tuesday night, including a 2.99% tax increase for the 2026-27 school year. The tax increase will raise the district’s millage rate to 12.0589, totaling about $12.06 per $1,000 of assessed property value. According to business manager Greg Gates, the district’s revenue total $22,902,031, and its expenditures total $22,886,588, resulting in a $15,443 surplus.
