New Chipotle to open in Ebensburg

EBENSBURG Chipotle Mexican Grill will open for business Thursday at 4580 Admiral Peary highway in Ebensburg. The restaurant features the brand’s signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows guests to conveniently pick up digital orders without leaving their cars. Business hours will be 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. The new restaurant is expected to employ about 30 people. Athenian Cafe planning move The Athenian Cafe, now at 217 Union Ave., is planning to move to a new location at the end of January, according to a post on its Facebook page. The new location was not disclosed in the post. Athenian Cafe owners are trying to help the landlord find another restaurant to go into the space they are currently in.
