Beach Bunny Tanning (formerly South Beach Tanning Co.) held its grand opening Saturday at 2200 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona.
Beach Bunny Tanning features 14 UV tanning units and a VersaSpa sunless spray tanning system, providing a variety of options to suit individual preferences.
With equipment from Ergoline, ProSun and Matrix, the salon offers a selection of tanning experiences in a professionally maintained facility, including options featuring Pure UV plus red-light LEDs. For those who prefer a UV-free option, VersaSpa spray tanning provides a sunless alternative.
Business hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to
5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Alfonso's Coffee is now open for business at 2200 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, a new local destination where coffee, food and a welcoming atmosphere come together.
Alfonso's offers a selection of beverages and food options including specialty coffees, espresso drinks, refreshing iced beverages, fruit refreshers and food selections.
Business hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
