Patrick Kellogg has been named Vice President for Advancement and Engagement at Mount Aloysius College.
Kellogg's responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding all development and alumni relations activities for the college.
Kellogg comes to Mount Aloysius from Trinity Washington University, where he has served as Vice President and Chief Development Officer since 2020. In addition to holding key positions at the University of Virginia, the College of William and Mary, and Vassar College, Kellogg also founded and led an advancement consulting practice, serving more than 100 nonprofit organizations.
Tony Ruggery has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of New Pig Corp., marking the latest chapter in a career that began more than 36 years ago in New Pig's Customer Service department.
Ruggery succeeds Stephen V. Kline, who has transitioned to New Pig's parent company, New Pendulum, where he serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
Ruggery graduated from Penn State in 1989 and joined New Pig the following year.
As president, Ruggery will help to lead a vibrant company of more than 500 employees, bringing to the position a deep understanding of New Pig's business, culture, and customers.
Mandi Cottle has assumed the role of Executive Director at Homewood Living Martinsburg, while continuing to serve as Executive Director of Homewood Living Spring House.

A dedicated Homewood leader with 25 years of service to the organization, Cottle brings deep experience in senior living leadership, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and team development to her expanded role.
For the past five years, Cottle has served as Executive Director of Homewood Living Spring House in Everett. Prior to that role, she spent 20 years serving the Homewood Living Martinsburg campus in a variety of leadership positions, including Personal Care Home Administrator and Social Services Director. Her long history with Homewood and her familiarity with both communities position her to provide continuity, confidence, and experienced leadership for residents, families, and team members.
Mark Gingrich has joined the Benton Insurance Center in Newry.
Gingrich brings 37 years of insurance experience to the locally owned hometown agency and looks forward to working with existing clients and new clients in the community.
Olivia Claycomb has been appointed as Homewood Living Spring House's new Assistant Executive Director, where she will provide day-to-day operational leadership and support for residents, families, co-workers, and department leaders.

In her new role, Claycomb will oversee daily operations at Homewood Living Spring House, helping to ensure the delivery of exceptional care, services, and experiences for those who call the community home.
Since joining Homewood Living in 2013, Olivia has served in a variety of leadership positions, gaining extensive experience in resident care, team development, and community operations. As a licensed nurse and Personal Care Home Administrator, she has demonstrated strong leadership, sound clinical judgment, and an unwavering commitment to resident-centered care.
