The Altoona Blair County Development Corporation, in partnership with the Blair County Chamber's Agriculture Committee, is celebrating the return of the Agriculture Career Days event.

This year, the event will be held on Oct. 7 and 8 at the Morrisons Cove Memorial Park in Martinsburg. The event is open to all the seventh grade students in the Blair County public schools.

The students will view 14 stations where professionals in the agriculture industry give presentations on what their jobs are and what type of schooling they had to get for that career. The careers range from veterinary to digital ag and drones to accounting/lending. The students will be guided to each of the stations by FFA students from Tyrone, Spring Cove and/or Williamsburg schools.
