New hires and promotions

Diana L. McClure has been promoted by Keller Engineers, Inc. to the level of Associate.

McClure serves as Director of the Business Development Division where she oversees the firm’s marketing, project proposals, client services, outreach initiatives, and the Business Development team. Drawing on her experience with government policy and planning, economic development, grant programs, proposals, and government contracting, she serves on the company’s leadership team which supports the firm’s growth and cultivates client relationships.

She joined Keller Engineers in 2006 as the Assistant Director of Marketing and was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2008.

Rebecca Stahl has joined the transportation construction inspection team at Keller Engineers, Inc.

Stahl has more than five years of experience in the construction industry with a strong background in field operations, quality oversight and leadership. Most recently, she worked as an inspector for a construction management and inspection firm.

Tracy Wilkinson has been hired as Senior Vice President and incoming Chief Credit Officer by Kish Bancorp, Inc., parent company of Kish Bank.

Wilkinson’s hire follows Ric Sarfert’s decision to transition from his current role as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer in August 2026, before retiring completely in April 2027.

Wilkinson brings more than

25 years of banking and credit experience to Kish, including serving as Chief Credit Officer at Jersey Shore State Bank and holding leadership positions spanning more than two decades with CBT Bank. Following a recent acquisition by Northwest Bank, she most recently served as Senior Credit Officer with First Citizens Community Bank.

Awards and honors

Tonya Shepherd has been named as the recipient of the 2026 Sanner Award for Outstanding Teaching by Allegany College of Maryland.

The award honors one faculty member each year who demonstrates excellence in teaching and commitment to student success.

Shepherd, an assistant chair of Arts and Humanities and a professor of English, started her tenure at ACM in 2010. Shepherd teaches First-Year Composition, Introduction to Literature, Introduction to Speech and several other writing and literature courses. Shepherd also teaches early college courses in high schools.
