Shuck Agency to join Kish
Kish Bancorp Inc., parent company of Kish Bank, announced that the Shuck Agency will join Kish Insurance, the property and casualty insurance subsidiary of Kish Bank, effective Aug. 1.
The collaboration is expected to enhance the Shuck Agency's ability to serve its clients while strengthening Kish Insurance's reach across the region.
A phased integration approach will guide the transition to ensure a seamless experience for clients. The Shuck Agency will operate as a division of Kish Insurance and will maintain its local identity and office location, with Andy Cipar serving as managing director and continuing his relationship with clients. Shuck clients will experience no disruption to their service or existing points of contact. Clients of the Kline Agency, which is led by Stan Cipar and has operated under its original name since joining the Shuck Agency in 1986, will also experience no service disruptions.

1st Summit posts growth
1st Summit Bancorp of Johnstown Inc., parent company of 1st Summit Bank, announced net income of $2.5 million for the second quarter ended June 30.
Reported net income increased 9.4% compared to the first quarter of 2026.
Excluding a $350,000 after tax gain on the sale of securities recognized during the first quarter, core net income increased by more than 29% quarter over quarter, reflecting continued improvement in the company's underlying earnings profile. The quarter also marked continued expansion in net interest margin, strong loan growth, improved operating efficiency, excellent credit quality and higher returns on both assets and equity.

Wind energy funding set
Exus Renewables North America, a leading independent power producer specializing in renewable energy solutions for data centers and other large energy consumers, announced the closing of approximately $356 million in construction financing for two Pennsylvania wind energy projects: the Cambria Wind Farm and the Highland North Wind Farm.
KeyBanc Capital Markets, along with other partners, served as coordinating lead arranger on the transaction.
The Cambria Wind Farm is a repowered 61.6 MW project in Adams Township, Cambria County, currently under construction with commercial operation expected in fall 2026. The Highland North Wind Farm is a repowered 75 MW project, also in Cambria County.
The projects expand Exus' footprint in Pennsylvania, where the company owns more than 306.9 MW of wind capacity, including the Twin Ridges Wind Far. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for both Highland North and Cambria is planned for September 2026.
