F.N.B. Corporation reported earnings for the second quarter of 2026 with net income of $148.7 million, or $0.42 per diluted common share. Comparatively, second quarter 2025 net income totaled $130.7 million, or $0.36 per diluted common share, and first quarter 2026 net income totaled $137.0 million, or $0.38 per diluted common share.
"F.N.B. Corporation's second quarter results reflect the successful execution of our technology-focused strategic business model, highlighted by a 17% year-over-year increase in EPS to $0.42. Record revenue of $463 million drove a 9% year-over-year increase in pre-provision net revenue (non-GAAP) and another quarter of positive operating leverage.

Arro acquires Mountain Research
ARRO Consulting Inc., a provider of engineering, environmental and consulting services since 1946, has acquired Mountain Research LLC, Altoona, effective June 30. The acquisition expands ARRO's environmental capabilities, strengthens its presence in central Pennsylvania, and enhances its ability to serve clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mountain Research has been a fixture of the region's environmental consulting and drilling industry since 1985. Breakfast Club to focus on PSU football
The Blair County Chamber Breakfast Club will be held at 7:45 a.m. Aug. 13 at the Blair County Convention Center.
The breakfast will feature a special Penn State Nittany Lion Preseason Preview. A panel composed of Neil Rudel, Cory Giger and the voice of Penn State Football, Steve Jones, will share their gridiron insights. Guests are encouraged to wear their Penn State gear to show their team spirit.
