P. Joseph Lehman Inc. Consulting Engineers changes leadership
HOLLIDAYSBURG — P. Joseph Lehman Inc. Consulting Engineers, a civil, structural, environmental and land development firm, announced a long-planned internal leadership and ownership change.
Effective June 2, P. Joseph Lehman Jr., who together with his late father have dedicated nearly six decades of service to the firm, has passed the torch of leadership by transitioning his majority ownership interest to longtime company leaders Chuck Meyers, principal/transportation services director for 29 years, Scott Klingenberg, principal/environmental services director for 28 years, and Robert Bryant, senior quality control advisor for 52 years.
“Joe and his father built an outstanding firm over nearly six decades, and we are deeply grateful for their vision, leadership and the strong foundation they have given us. We are committed to carrying forward the Lehman way — delivering exceptional engineering solutions and treating every client and employee like family,” Meyers said.
“This long-planned transition has been thoughtfully prepared for more than a year. We are excited to build on the firm’s momentum and continue the legacy of integrity, innovation and excellence that Joe and his family established,” Klingenberg said.
“I’m grateful for Joe’s leadership and honored to join Chuck and Scott in carrying forward the Lehman Way of integrity, quality, and personal service,” Bryant said.
