Sheetz kicks off fundraiser

Today, Sheetz kicks off its annual month of in-store fundraising for Sheetz For the Kids, an employee-driven charity supporting children in need.

For the entire month of July, customers at all 830-plus Sheetz stores throughout Pennsylvania, Michigan, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia can support local families in need by making a donation at check-out through donation boxes or adding donations to their purchase at the point of sale. Customers placing online orders also have the option to donate by rounding up their total or adding a donation to their purchase.

These funds go directly to providing clothing, toys and other essentials to children in need through the Sheetz For the Kidz Holiday Program, in partnership with The Salvation Army.

Applebee’s offers free meals

This Fourth of July, Applebee’s Neighbor Grill & Bar locations owned and operated by Flynn Group have a special treat for families.

On Saturday, families dining at their local Applebee’s can enjoy two free kids’ meals with the purchase of each adult entree. The offer is available to children 12 and under and includes a variety of delicious entrees from the Applebee’s Kids Menu, accompanied by a choice of a side dish and a beverage, including juice, milk or chocolate milk.

Flynn Applebee’s is also offering the Kids Eat Free deal for to-go orders, giving families the flexibility to enjoy the Fourth of July special at home. Guests who order to-go meals can receive one free kids meal with each adult entree purchased by using the promo code FGKEF4JULY2026 when ordering online, at Applebees.com, or by phone — limit of four free kids meals per order.
