Kish Bank declares dividend

The board of directors of Kish Bancorp Inc., parent company of Kish Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share. The dividend will be payable April 30 to shareholders of record on April 15. This dividend per share is unchanged from the previous quarter.

Kish Bank, a subsidiary of Kish Bancorp Inc., operates 19 locations serving Centre, Mifflin, Huntingdon, Blair and Juniata counties in Pennsylvania, as well as northeastern Ohio.

Bedford job fair set

PA CareerLink Bedford County will host a job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 15 at Jordan Hall, Bedford County Fairgrounds. Veterans receive early access from 9:30 to 10 a.m.

More than 60 local and regional employers will be onsite, ready to connect with job seekers for full-time and part-time opportunities. Industries represented include manufacturing, health care, education, logistics, hospitality, retail and public service.
