New hires and promotions

Jason Graham has been named as Bedford County’s new Outdoor Recreation Coordinator, a position created through a Circuit Rider grant awarded by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

The position reflects Bedford County’s commitment to strengthening outdoor recreation opportunities, enhancing trail connectivity, and leveraging the region’s natural assets to support quality of life, workforce attraction and economic growth.

In his role, Graham will focus on strengthening trail connectivity, supporting recreation initiatives and building partnerships that expand access to outdoor assets for residents and visitors.

Graham is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a degree in Urban Planning with a focus on active transportation initiatives.

Audra Fetters has joined Keller Engineers Inc. as a transportation construction inspector.

Fetters brings more than 20 years of combined experience in inspection, field operations, crew coordination, and administrative support within the natural gas and infrastructure sectors. She most recently served as a chief inspector, overseeing up to fifteen crews and managing training, scheduling, vendor coordination, site visits and inspection oversight.

Christopher Gibson has been promoted to president and CEO of Elite Freight Brokers LLC & Quest Transport LLC.

Gibson has been part of the companies since the beginning in 2005. Under his leadership, the companies look to expand their footprint and continue to grow in current markets.

Quest and Elite combined operate fuel delivery and dispatching services from Maine to Florida and as far west as Chicago, employing 30 people in Altoona and 140 more across multiple states.

Tracy McKeel, a relationship advisor has been hired by First National Bank to its Wealth Management segment, marking the company’s latest commitment to the market.

McKeel, who is based in Hollidaysburg, has more than 25 years of professional experience, including nearly two decades as trust advisor, and brings deep expertise in trust services to FNB’s team. She guides clients in protecting their assets, navigating tax considerations and providing for their beneficiaries. She manages a diverse book of business comprising various trusts, retirement accounts, charitable funds and more — all while delivering the personalized consultation that builds strong client relationships.

Awards and honors

Lori Denault, director of mechanical design and analysis at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, has been honored with the prestigious Patriot Award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

The award, which recognizes supervisors who provide exceptional support to employees serving in the National Guard or Reserve, was presented to Denault following a nomination by CTC employee Joshua Brown. Brown, a senior mechanical engineer at CTC and a member of the Air Force Reserve, highlighted Denault’s unwavering commitment to accommodating his military service obligations while fostering a supportive work environment.
