Sheetz marking Pi Day

Sheetz is celebrating National Pi Day, March 14, by offering customers specially priced $3.14 cheese or pepperoni pizza flatz. This special offer is available through March 20.

This promotion can only be redeemed through the Sheetz app. Customers must add the offer under the Offerz tab in the Sheetz app to redeem it at any of Sheetz’s 810-plus locations.

New Chipotle opening

Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening a new location in State College at 1880 S. Atherton St. on Wednesday, March 18.

The restaurant features the brand’s signature Chipotlane, a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows guests to conveniently pick up digital orders without leaving their cars. This is the first Chipotlane in State College.

The new restaurant will employ about 30 workers.

Business hours will be 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

Jersey Mike’s joins in giving

The 2026 Special Olympics USA Games is joining forces with nearly 100 Jersey Mike’s Subs locations for the 16th annual March “Month of Giving” campaign.

During the month of March, customers have the option to round up their purchase to the nearest dollar or make a donation when placing their order to help more than 90 local Team Pennsylvania athletes compete in 11 sports at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games.

The Month of Giving campaign culminates with Jersey Mike’s “Day of Giving” on March 25, when local Jersey Mike’s restaurants will give 100% of the day’s sales to the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games and the local state programs.
