Sheetz to celebrate National Coffee Day

Sheetz will celebrate National Coffee Day with a special offer for its customers: a free self-serve coffee — hot or iced, any size — with any purchase. This limited-time offer is available from Sept. 29 (National Coffee Day) through Oct. 1 at all 800-plus Sheetz locations.

To redeem, customers must be enrolled in the My Sheetz Rewardz loyalty program. Limit one redemption per member. Please note that this offer is not valid with purchases of fuel, alcohol, cigarettes, lottery items, half-gallon and gallon milk, financial or prepaid cards or Sheetz gift cards.

Ganister Station to mark anniversary

Ganister Station will mark its 20th anniversary with a fall festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Oct. 3 at 1384 Juniata River Road, north of Williamsburg.

Ganister Station is an adult day program serving adults with intellectual disabilities. It was opened by Theresa Mattern in 2005 in Williamsburg and has since grown to four more locations across Somerset and Cambria counties.

The festival will feature food vendors such as Belly Busters and the Funnel Cake Kings, a vendor show, fresh apple cider, yard games and other activities and a photo slide show highlighting moments from the past 20 years.
