The Blair County Chamber of Commerce Farm-City Committee is gearing-up for its annual “Down on the Farm” to be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at Mitchell Farms, 1019 Old Mill Run Road, Altoona.

The Down on the Farm wristband includes the Noah’s Ark Corn Maze, Hayride to the Pumpkin Patch, a Down on the Farm meal and activities, including the Farm Animal Center, Duck Races and more. Admission is $15 per person. Children 10 and under are admitted free of charge. Additional Mitchell Farms activities will be open at the time of the event. Additional fees apply; payable at the farm.
