The building housing a Sheetz convenience store at 678 Frankstown Road is for sale.
Surmount, an industry-leading full-service commercial real estate platform that provides comprehensive net-lease focused real estate solutions to investors, operators and partners globally, has listed the building for sale for $1,837,838.
"Our landlord is selling this property, but there will be no impact to operations at our store location. This is a very common occurrence for us across our portfolio of stores," said Nick Ruffner, Sheetz spokesman.
Ruffner said Sheetz does not release information regarding who owns the building.
"However, I can say that the property owner in this instance is from outside of Pennsylvania and is not connected to Sheetz," Ruffner said.
