Bovard joins service firm
Bovard Heating & Cooling of Altoona is joining forces with Haller Enterprises, according to a letter to customers.
This acquisition marks a renewed investment in Bovard's team, its future and its loyal customers.
Haller Enterprises is a highly respected residential and commercial service company serving central and southeastern Pennsylvania.
Haller Enterprises is based in Lititz and now has 12 locations in Pennsylvania.

CareerLink resource fair set
PA CareerLink Bedford County is hosting a free Community Agency Resource Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 10 at 203 PennKnoll Road, Everett.
Fourteen local agencies will be on site, offering no-cost support services, including housing and utility assistance, childcare and family services, food and nutrition resources, mental health and addiction recovery programs, veterans' services, reentry support and more.
The event will also feature free hot dogs, giveaways and opportunities to meet directly with providers who can help individuals and families move forward.

Sheetz to open 800th store
Sheetz Inc. will open its 800th store on Thursday in Raleigh, N.C.
While Sheetz is celebrating its 800th store in Raleigh, the company is thanking their customers by offering two free hot dogs with any purchase from the day Sheetz opens its 800th location to Sept. 2. The Labor Day weekend offer is available at all 800 Sheetz locations through the OFFERZ tab in the Sheetz app (extras and add-ons not included).
