New hires and promotions

Tonya Kelly has been appointed by 1st Summit Bank as chief security officer. This announcement comes as the bank celebrates its 100th year in business, marking a significant milestone and reaffirming its commitment to strategic growth.

Kelly has been a member of the 1st Summit team for 27 years. Most recently, she served as vice president and retail operations officer, where she is responsible for managing the bank’s fraud department, physical security and branch day-to-day operational support.

Jennifer DellAntonio has been named by Juniata College as its inaugural director of nursing. With more than 20 years of experience in nursing education and leadership, DellAntonio will guide Juniata through the future launch of a nursing program.

Throughout her career, DellAntonio has taught at all levels of nursing education, designing and implementing nursing pathways such as accelerated BSN, prelicensure BSN, registered nurse to BSN, and BSN to Doctor of Nursing Practice. She most recently served as a part-time faculty member at Capella University School of Nursing, where she received the 2025 Outstanding Faculty of the Year award.

Awards and honors

Kenneth J. Horoho Jr., partner and chair of Pietragallo, Gordon, Alfano, Bosick & Raspanti LLP, has been re-appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as vice chair of its Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee.

The Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee advises and assists the Supreme Court on matters related to the practice of family law in Pennsylvania including procedural rules related to divorce, support, custody, paternity and protection from abuse. The primary goal of the committee is to simplify family law practice by recommending new rules or amendments to existing procedural rules relating to family law matters.

Horoho is a graduate of Greater Johnstown High School and Saint Francis University.
