New hires and promotions

Shane Ferko has joined Keller Engineers Inc. as a designer in the water/wastewater division.

Ferko is an engineer-in-training with experience working within the water/wastewater industry, including reviewing sewage treatment plant calculations for process interconnections, establishing baseline WaterCAD models for existing and proposed potable water distribution networks, drafting, and preparing project manuals and feasibility studies for water/wastewater projects.

Brian Krawczyk of State College recently joined Mutual Benefit Group as chief insurance services officer.

In this role, he will lead the companywide effort of delivering the MBG experience to every employee, insurance agent and policyholder. He brings more than 25 years of operations and service expertise to the position through his experience transforming insurance operations.

Robert “Rob” Wentling Jr. recently joined Mutual Benefit Group as chief operating officer.

In this position, he will lead the commercial and personal lines insurance businesses. His focus will be to lead the company forward by building on the successful legacy to grow profitably while enhancing employee engagement.

Charles R. “Chuck” Meyers has been named to serve as transportation services director at P. Joseph Lehman Inc. Consulting Engineers.

Meyers of Altoona, a partner in Lehman Engineers, will be responsible for leading and managing the transportation services department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of transportation projects and services. The role involves strategic planning, project oversight, business development, technical expertise and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Robert D. “Bob” Bryant will be transitioning into a new role as quality assurance/quality control adviser at P. Joseph Lehman Inc. Consulting Engineers.

Bryant of Hollidaysburg, a partner in Lehman Engineers, has been a project engineer in the firm’s Highway Department for 50 years. In his new responsibilities, he will be central to overseeing the firm’s strategies and objectives to ensure high quality project outcomes and processes are met. The role includes enhancing current company procedures and policies while collaborating with all teams to uphold quality industry standards.
