F.N.B. declares dividend
F.N.B. Corp. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $18.13 per share on F.N.B. Corporation's Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E. The dividend is payable on May 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 28.
The company has total assets of nearly $44 billion and approximately 350 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Group hosting workshops
Beginning in May, Startup Alleghenies will be hosting a free five-county workshop series where entrepreneurs can learn from experts and network with like-minded business owners, "The Entrepreneur Enrichment Series."
Each event will begin with a session with an industry expert from 4 to 6 p.m. followed by a mixer and refreshments from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The first workshop will be May 16 at Coal Country Brewing at 2343 Benjamin Franklin Highway, Ebensburg.
Another workshop will be held June 20 at Levity Brewing in Altoona.
