New hires and promotions
Jacob DeLozier recently joined Stiffler McGraw as a project designer. He comes to the firm with more than four years' experience in the construction field, including his time with Gordon L. DeLozier, Hollidaysburg, as a laborer since high school and most recently company co-owner.
DeLozier will be working in the transportation department out of the corporate office in Hollidaysburg. He will be assisting with project design for highway and railroad structural projects and performing railroad bridge safety inspections.
Cynthia Doherty has been named by Pennsylvania Highlands Community College as vice president of academic affairs. Doherty, who has nearly 20 years' experience in academic administration, is charged with creating an atmosphere of quality and innovation, as well as championing curricular and programming development.
Lynn Kennington has been named chief financial officer of Conemaugh Health System. Kennington, who has extensive experience in hospital operations and financial reporting in both tertiary and non-urban health care settings, serving in executive roles with large health care systems and independent hospitals.
Adam J. Long, who serves as Keller Engineers' landscape architect has been promoted to associate. Long's primary areas of expertise include residential and commercial developments, recreation projects, athletic facilities and educational facilities. He is a registered licensed landscape architect in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Randy P. Grove, chief highway engineer at Keller Engineers, Hollidaysburg, has been promoted to associate. Grove, a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, assists in securing state, county, municipal, and private projects and serves as project manager.
Kimberly A. Carr, a certified bridge safety inspector, has been promoted to associate at Keller Engineers, Hollidaysburg. As the firm's chief bridge inspector, Carr, who has been with Keller Engineers for 24 years, is responsible for managing the bridge inspection program.

Howard Bernstein, president of Penn Installations, Summerhill, has been elected as president of the Keystone Contractors Association.
Joseph Orr III, vice president and chief operating officer of J.C. Orr & Son Inc., Altoona, has been elected as vice president.
