1st Summit Bank to help kids

1st Summit Bank has launched its annual Red Wagon Project, collecting back-to-school supplies for kids in its communities.

At each of the bank’s community offices, community members, customers and employees can donate new school supplies or contribute to a fund to purchase supplies. These items will then be donated to schools and educational facilities across our communities for children who need them for the upcoming school year.

Some items include backpacks, notebooks, folders, pencils, highlighters, glue and rulers.

The deadline to donate is Aug. 19. If any team, club or organization is interested in partnering with the bank to collect these items, contact Sean McCool, public relations & communications manager, at smccool@1stsummit.bank.
