New Enterprise offering senior secured notes
New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. Inc. intends to offer $575 million aggregate principal amount of its Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and $67 million of its Senior Unsecured Notes due 2028, which are an additional issuance of its 9.750% Senior Unsecured Notes that were issued on July 15, 2020.
Also the company announced a cash tender offer for any and all of the company's outstanding 6.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2026.
