NES&L announces pricing senior notes
New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. Inc. announced the pricing of its previously announced offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.750% senior notes due 2028. The sale of the notes is expected to close on July 15, subject to customary closing conditions.
Grane Hospice Care receives award
Grane Hospice Care Altoona has been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs as a "Superior Performer" for achieving an overall caregiver and family satisfaction score in the top 20 percent of all eligible SHP clients for the 2019 calendar year.
The annual SHP Best award program was created to acknowledge hospice providers that consistently provide high-quality service to families and caregivers of patients receiving hospice care. The 2019 award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall CAHPS Hospice survey satisfaction score for more than 1,400 hospice providers.

Conemaugh Health System recognized
Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield has selected Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center as a Blue Distinction Center for Spine Surgery for the fifth consecutive period, as part of the Blue Distinction Specialty Care program.
Blue Distinction Centers are nationally designated health care facilities that show a commitment to delivering high-quality patient safety and better health outcomes, based on objective measures that were developed with input from the medical community and leading accreditation and quality organizations.

Concussion center resuming operations
The Conemaugh Concussion Center is resuming operations under the direction of: Dr. John Baker, Dr. Russell Dumire, Dr. Michael Sleet and Dr. Nicholas Lanciano.
Prompted by the move into the green phase allowing increase in sporting and social activities, the need to care for concussed patients has escalated. The Conemaugh Concussion and Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Center is operated through the Conemaugh Physician Group-Neurology and Trauma Services.
