JARI plans Lunch & Learn

JARI’s next Lunch & Learn will be held Feb. 25 at JARI Center, 160 Jari Drive, Johnstown.

Corey Christman of Vethos LLC will present “Making the Most of Your Team.”

Attendees will learn about people strategies including what they are, why they are needed and their connections to business strategies.

Another Lunch & Learn will be held

Feb. 27.

Chris Hays of Rebel Fox Farm will present “Social Media Marketing 101 for Entrepreneurs.”

This two-hour Lunch & Learn session will consist of two main topics: building accounts and learning how to build great content. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop to this interactive session.

CNB Financial sets dividend

The Board of Directors of CNB Financial Corp. has declared a 17 cents per share quarterly dividend payable on March 13 to shareholders of record on Feb. 28.

CNB Financial Corp. is a financial holding company with consolidated assets of approximately $3.8 billion and conducts business primarily through its principal subsidiary, CNB Bank, which has 42 full-service offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York.
