We are a busy salon. We prefer appointments, but we also take walk-ins.

Failure is not an option.

What is the most important thing you’ve learned on the job?

Customer service is No. 1.

What does the future hold?

I’m enjoying the path that the Lord has paved for me in this business. So where it leads me is where I will be.

What have you read lately that has influenced your business life?

Attending hair shows and classes in our local area are hugely influential in keeping up with new trends.
