Military flight lands in Guantanamo Bay

Tuesday’s flight is the first step in an expected surge in the number of migrants sent to the U.S. naval base, which for decades was primarily used to detain foreigners associated with the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Bondi is a former Florida attorney general and corporate lobbyist.

Petro said that he was opposed to the recent extension of a deal between Ecopetrol and Occidental because it involved extracting oil through fracking, a technique that has been criticized by environmental groups.
