Chance B. Herren, 19, 2925 S. 10th Ave., charged by Logan Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 8. Guilty plea was entered for charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; other charge was withdrawn June 18.
