Meghan Sinisi and Anthony Lombardo were united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony at noon Oct. 19, 2024, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Altoona.

The bride is the daughter of Anthony and Lori Sinisi of Altoona.

The bridegroom is the son of Anthony and Paula Lombardo, also of Altoona.

The Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Father Frank Scornaienchi, T.O.R., and the couple exchanged vows during the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony in a traditional Catholic double-ring ceremony.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Jessica Brosofsky, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor.

Bridesmaids included Emily Sinisi, Marissa Lombardo and Sylvia Lombardo.

Amelia Sinisi, cousin of the bride, served as flower girl.

Dominic Lombardo, brother of the groom, served as best man.

Groomsmen included Chris Sinisi and Garrett Yeager.

Hudson Sinisi and Ozias Sinisi, nephews of the bride, served as ring bearers.

A reception followed at The Casino at Lakemont Park in Altoona.

The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents at The Allegro Restaurant.

The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and now reside in Hollidaysburg.

Mrs. Lombardo is a 2013 graduate of Altoona Area High School, a 2017 graduate of Syracuse University and a 2021 graduate of the University of Missouri, where she earned a master’s degree in speech, language and hearing sciences. She is a pediatric speech-language pathologist.

Mr. Lombardo is a 2012 graduate of Altoona Area High School, a 2016 graduate of Juniata College and a 2018 graduate of the University of Scranton, where he earned a master of accountancy. He is a certified public accountant.
