Anna Baughman and Michael Miller Jr. were united in marriage on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Altoona.
Pastor Fr. Frank Scornaienchi, TOR, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Chris and Dona Baughman of Altoona. Her paternal grandparents, William and Nancy Baughman, traveled from Florida for the celebration.
The bridegroom is the son of Michael Miller Sr. of Sankertown and the late Brenda Miller and the grandson of Jim and Jeanne DelGrande of Lilly.
The bride's parents hosted a reception in their backyard.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Sister of the bride Samantha Pope and sister-in-law of the bride Shaelyn Baughman were the matrons of honor.
Bridesmaids included sister-in-law of the bride Hillary Baughman; cousin of the bride Cathy Spencer; and Sarah Clark, Kathryn Zohoranacky, Molly Fischer and Margot Berry.
Calvin Venesky was the best man.
The groom's attendants included brothers of the bride Daniel and Andrew Baughman; brother-in-law of the bride Nathan Pope; and Connor and Ryan Ringler, Chris Maurer and Marisa Rodriguez.
The nieces of the bride served as flower girls: Riley Baughman, Josie Pope, Sophia Baughman and Quincy Baughman.
The nephews of the bride served as ring bearers: Connor Baughman, Henry Pope, Leo Pope and Jude Pope.
Anna graduated from Saint Francis University, Loretto, in 2019. She is the editor of the Morrisons Cove Herald in Martinsburg.
Michael attended Saint Francis and works in customer service.
The couple reside in Altoona.
