Susannah Ellis, Morgan Porter

Susannah Ellis and Morgan Porter were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 8, 2022, at Shannopin Country Club in Pittsburgh, with reception immediately following.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Laurie Ellis of Duncansville.
The bridegroom is the son of Dan and Christine Porter of Champion.
Olivia Duffey officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Caroline Ellis, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mara Benvenuti, Emily Best, Quincy Gildea, Kaura Masten, Hannah Mercer, Michele Muir, Cecelia Stasko and Amy Tomassetti.
Ryan Porter, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen included Sam Ellis, brother of the bride, Connor Furwa, Dave Henderson, Martin Long, Ben Pace, Eddie Schweiss, Anthony Sigg and Justin Wentz. Maverick Porter, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.
The rehearsal dinner was held at Cafe Notte, in Pittsburgh.
The couple went on a wedding trip to Punta Cana.
Susannah is a 2013 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School. She is a 2017 graduate of St. Vincent College, Latrobe, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is pursuing a master’s degree in data science at Juniata College, Huntingdon, and is employed by Sheetz as a marketing statistical analyst.
Morgan graduated in 2011 from North Catholic High School in Pittsburgh and in 2015 from St. Vincent College with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He earned a master’s degree in business administration at Geneva College, Beaver Falls.
He currently works as an account manager.
The couple reside in Cranberry Township.
