The bride is the daughter of Melanie Partner of Altoona and Jerry Partner of Bellwood. She is the granddaughter of Marjorie Nedimyer of Altoona and the late Dick Nedimyer.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Pins of Fredericksburg, Va.
The bride was presented in marriage by her parents.
Ashley Rutter served as matron of honor, and Katie Stellabotte served as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Katilynn Eger, Chloe Lusk and Marissa Millhausen.
Andy Partner and Calista Rutter served as flower girls.
Vinny McMahon served as best man.
Ushers were Jalen Miller, John Odea, Kyle Pins and Patrick Pins.
Ring bearer was Tony McMahon.
The double-ring ceremony was followed by a reception at the Backporch Vineyard.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Charleston, S.C.
They reside in Fredericksburg, Va.
Mrs. Pins is a graduate of Altoona Area High School and Penn State University.
She is an elementary and English as a second language teacher in Fredericksburg.
Mr. Pins is a graduate of Courtland High School, Fredericksburg. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is employed as a federal police officer.
