Colleen Kelly and Bradley Betar were married at 1 p.m. June 5, 2021, at the Immaculate Conception Chapel at Saint Francis University, Loretto.

The bride is the daughter of Luke and Monica Kelly of Altoona.

The bridegroom is the son of Dennis and Ann Betar of Altoona.

Father Jonathan St. Andre, T.O.R., performed the double-ring ceremony.

Missie Goff and Laura Kelly were vocalists.

Ryan McLucas was organist.

The bride was escorted by her father.

Laura Kelly, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.

Katie Perry, Kayla Johnson and Katie Kelly were bridesmaids.

Khloe Maddox and Lexi Maddox, nieces of the groom, were flower girls.

Adam Beter and Travis Betar, brothers of the groom, served as best men.

Phillip Watt and T.J. Jorkasky were groomsmen.

Ring bearers were Isaac Maddox and Lincoln Maddox, nephews of the groom, and Andrew Kelly and Matthew Kelly, nephews of the bride.

The rehearsal dinner was held at Amici’s, Ebensburg.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Tenn.

They reside in Bedford.

Mrs. Betar is a 2010 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona, and a 2015 graduate of Saint Francis University where she earned a master’s degree in physician assistant sciences.

She is employed at US Acute Care Solutions, Cumberland, Md.

Mr. Betar is a 2010 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School and a 2014 graduate of Saint Francis University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

He is employed at Inspection Go, Tyrone.
