Kaitlin Meck, Matthew Heintzelman
Kaitlin Meck and Matthew Heintzelman were united in marriage on Sept. 26 at the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena in Allentown.
The Rev. Monsignor Joseph P.T. Smith officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Darin and Heather Meck of Martinsburg, and the bridegroom is the son of Robert and Meg Heintzelman of Schnecksville.
Maid of honor was Ashley McGhee, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Erin Heintzelman, Kaitlyn Heintzelman, Emily Grant, Jena Ottinger and Caitlin Bourn.
Best man was Jacob Ottinger.
Groomsmen were Joseph Levan, Brandon Meck, James Cusak, David Wagner and Jacob Hemmis.
The reception was held at Brookside Country Club in Macungie.
Mrs. Heintzelman is a 2012 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona, and a 2016 graduate of Saint Francis University, Loretto, with bachelor’s degrees in biology and environmental studies.
She is a biology teacher at Parkland School District in Allentown.
Mr. Heintzelman is a 2013 graduate of Parkland School District and a 2017 graduate of Penn State University and Northhampton Community College Mortuary Science program.
He is a funeral director at Heintzelman Funeral Home in Schnecksville.
The couple reside in Schnecksville.
