Sarah Harten, Adam Dibert

Sarah Harten and Adam Dibert were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Sept. 9 at Upper Claar Church of the Brethren, Claysburg.

The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Connie Harten and Tim and Stacey Miller, all of Altoona.

The bridegroom is the son of Edward Dibert of Imler and the late Phoebe Dibert.

Pastor Bob Penner performed the double-ring ceremony.

Mark Zumbro was organist.

Kenzie Brandt, niece of the bride, was acolyte.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Emilie Hileman, sister of the bride, was matron of honor.

Cortney Harten, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Kelly Neary; Abi Bush and Amy Boyer, sisters of the groom; Amber Woomer and Angie Finnegan.

Junior bridesmaids were Zakera Bush, niece of the groom, and Eleah Diehl.

Zailee Bush and Alexa Hileman, nieces of the couple, were flower girls.

Travis Finnegan served as best man.

Ushers were Mikey Boy-er, brother-in-law of the groom; Cody Harten, brother of the bride; Davey Diehl; Mike Bush, brother-in-law of the groom; Troy Crist; and Ed Dibert, father of the groom.

The junior grooms-

men were Zaiden Bush, nephew of the groom, and Trevor Finnegan.

Logan Hileman, nephew of the bride, and Teron Finnegan were ring bearers.

The reception was held at Blue Knob Resort Conference Center, Claysburg.

The rehearsal dinner was held at the home of the couple in Imler.

Mrs. Dibert is a 2002 graduate of Altoona Area High School and attended Clarion University until 2005, majoring in history. She is pursuing a degree in operations management at Southern New Hampshire University.

She is an outside sales representative at MSC Industrial Supply, Altoona/Harrisburg.

Mr. Dibert is a 2004 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and a 2004 graduate of the Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center, with a degree in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

He is a HVAC technician at McCarl’s Preferred Services, Altoona.
