ACM Bedford County Campus awards tuition vouchers

EVERETT -- The Bedford County Campus of Allegany College of Maryland has granted its annual tuition vouchers to those in attendance at the November open house.

Provided by the Bedford County Regional Educational Foundation, the vouchers make a total of $1,500 in tuition.

Those vouchers go to prospective students.

The vouchers can be used for five years after being received.

Receiving vouchers were:

n Alexis Albright, $500, Buffalo Mills, cybersecurity

n Madeline Kauffman, $300, Everett, early childhood education

n Mara Fluke, $300, Six Mile Run, medical lab technician

n Harlee Chamberlain, $200, Breezewood, pre-nursing

n Gabrielle Nelson, $200, Claysburg, OTA.

Among those taking part in the presentation were Kirt Morris, Bedford County Regional Education Foundation treasurer, Lynn Ashe, Bedford County Regional Education Foundation secretary, Beth Manges, Bedford County Regional Education Foundation vice chair, and Larry Williams, Bedford County Regional Education Foundation.
