CU holds Psi Chi induction ceremony

LOCK HAVEN — The Psychology Department at Commonwealth University-Lock Haven held its Psi Chi Induction ceremony this spring.
Among the students recognized were Alexis Mayes of Coalport and Kaitlyn McGonigal of Clearfield.

Student attends FBLA nationals
DALLAS, Texas — Mackenzie Coffman of Petersburg recently attended the Future Business Leaders of America Collegiate National Leadership Conference in Dallas.
Coffman qualified for the NLC after placing in the top four of their category at the Pennsylvania FBLA Collegiate State Leadership Conference in April.
CU-Bloomsburg’s chapter earned the title “Distinguished Chapter” at this year’s NLC. The accolade reflects the effort and hard work put into fundraising, events, membership, collaboration and leadership throughout the year.
In addition to the Distinguished Chapter award, CU-Bloomsburg left with five individual/team awards:
Mackenzie Coffman: fourth place in Parliamentary Procedures
Mackenzie Coffman and Shea Hendrickson: fifth place in State of Chapter
Jacob Kozlek: seventh place in Computer Science & Technology Case Study
Logan Schoen: eighth place in Foundations of Technology
Jacob Kozlek: 10th place in Cybersecurity
Also participating in the conference were: Natalie Miller, Olivia Whitaker, Alex Rutt, Noah Hallabuk and Zakk Mingos.
