Student earns Global Seal of Biliteracy
GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Bailey Holtz of Altoona, an English major at Bob Jones University, recently earned the Global Seal of Biliteracy after successfully completing the AVANT 4S Assessment.
Holtz was recognized in German.
The Global Seal of Biliteracy validates language skills and expands future opportunities for its recipients. It offers three levels of certification: Functional Fluency, Working Fluency and Professional Fluency.
