FLINTON — Jenna Rice, a local author, visited students at Glendale Elementary School, where she introduced her writing process and latest book titled “Hank’s Forever Home,” a story about her beloved pet dog Hank. After reading her book to students in grades K-2, Rice explained how she came up with her idea of writing about her pet dog Hank. Students had the opportunity to ask questions about new projects and the process of writing and publishing a book. At the conclusion of activities, all students were presented with an individual copy of “Hank’s Forever Home.” Rice is the most recent guest to contribute to the Glendale Education Foundation’s commitment to early childhood literacy.
