Bennie and Michele Plunket of Altoona announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaitlyn Rose to Gavin Joseph Williamson.
He is the son of Steve and Amy Williamson also of Altoona.
Kaitlyn is a 2017 graduate from Altoona Area High School, and a 2020 graduate of Slippery Rock University with a bachelor of science in secondary education social studies and a minor in French.
She is employed by Knox County School District.
Gavin is also a 2017 graduate from Altoona Area High School and a 2020 graduate from Lycoming College with a bachelor of arts in business administration.
He is presently a PhD candidate at the University of Tennessee studying strategy, entrepreneurship, and organization.
The couple live in Knoxville, Tennessee.
A June 2024 wedding is being planned.
