She is a 2015 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School and a 2019 graduate of Penn State University.
In 2021, Kylie graduated with her masters in Speech and Language Pathology.
Thayne is the son of Scott and Julie Russell of Hollidaysburg.
He is a 2013 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School and a 2016 graduate of Penn State University.
The couple plan to get married in November 2022.
