Madison Rairie and Noah Walstrom, both of Altoona, are engaged to be married.
Miss Rairie is the daughter of Wendy Rairie of Altoona and the late Harv Rairie.
She is a 2014 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2020 graduate of Shenandoah University Conservatory, Winchester, Va., with a bachelor of music in violin performance.
She is a musician and teacher at Maddy Rairie Music, Altoona.
Mr. Walstrom is the son of Ann Walstrom of Altoona.
He is a 2009 graduate of Altoona Area High School; a 2013 graduate of Juniata College, Huntingdon, with a bachelor of science degree in politics; and a 2016 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law with a juris doctorate.
He is employed as legal counsel with Ideagen,
PLC.
The wedding will take place March 30, 2023, at Sandals Royal Caribbean, Montego Bay, Jamaica.
