She is a 2008 graduate of Altoona Area High School, Altoona and a 2013 graduate of Penn State Altoona with a bachelor's degree in political science.
She is the administrative assistant for the Altoona Symphony Orchestra.
Mr. Prugar is the son of Vicki and the late Bryan Prugar of Altoona.
He is a 2009 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2013 graduate of Robert Morris University with a bachelor's degree in sports management.
He is a special education teacher and transition coordinator at Altoona Area High School.
The wedding will take place Nov. 12, 2022, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Altoona.
