Brooke Autumn Partner and Jonathon Mitchell Pins of Fredericksburg, Va., are engaged to be married.
Miss Partner is the daughter of Melanie Partner of Altoona and Jerry Partner of Bellwood. She is the granddaughter of Margorie Nedimyer of Altoona and the late Dick Nedimyer.
She is a 2014 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2018 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She is certified as an English as a Second Language teacher and is an elementary teacher at Conway Elementary School, Fredericksburg, Va.
Mr. Pins is the son of Gregory and Jenee Pins of Fredericksburg, Va.
He is a 2015 graduate of Courtland High School, Fredericksburg. Upon graduation, Mr. Pins enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and is currently a security officer at Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, Va.
The wedding is planned for October 2022 in King George, Va.
