She is a graduate of Altoona Area High School and obtained her doctorate of physical therapy from Saint Francis University, Loretto.
She is a physical therapist at the Van Zandt VA Medical Center, Altoona.
Mr. Newberry is the son of Dennis Newberry Sr. of Altoona and the late Susan and Richard Burket, formerly of Martinsburg.
Mr. Newberry is a graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg.
He is employed at the Altoona City Water Authority.
Their wedding is scheduled for Oct. 15, 2022, at The Country Inn and Spa in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
